This network is currently generating roughly 600-700$/mo worth of text link ad sales and has been doing so steady for the past 3 months. Sites are mainly white hat, I used a blog spammer once or twice on some of them to build up a few thousand back links initially.. But it has been over 6 months since I last used a blog spammer on any of them..

I'm not sure what I'd be willing to sell these sites for so make an offer (10+Mo REV). I have a feeling that when PR updates again my main site will become PR7.. its starting to become an authority for its field and ranks higher than some .gov sites for keywords and phrases. Reason for sale: To liquidate internet investments so I can setup a commercial grade hydro electric power plant.

I would be interested - but Google has made it so I can no longer count on PR or text link sales. 10+ months based solely on text link sale income is something that I think is bad business. Do you have any other income?

I don't have a BIN presently.. I'm sort of getting a feel for what they're worth. I've never made this sort of sale before, so please forgive me for being hesitant on setting pricing.

My current income is ONLY text link sales. I have 6 customers who have paypal subscriptions which total roughly 210$/mo (they pay in euro), my tnx.net sales (--approx 300$/mo, its hard to calculate total income at tnx they dont offer any easy way to do it as i also spend some of my money earned on purchasing links--), and my backlinks.com sales (currently 195$/mo)

Also in this sale I will be including for free to whoever buys the sites an additional 9 domain names which I have no use for anymore (.infos and 1 .com registered during the .99 .info boom < 1 year age)

edit: btw, my lowly little vps needs an upgrade.. i had to restart the mysql server if anyone had any connection problems trying to view sites/details. Give it another try.. That script I made and linked in my PM really does use a lot of resources.
