Blog Needed ASAP

    Looking for a Blog/installed and designed

    I am looking for a nice 3 column blog with the latest features...
    programmer must be able to..

    - Setup the wordpress
    - Create database
    - Install necessary plugins
    - install optimized theme
    - SEO
    - social bookmarking tools
    - technorati tag scipt
    - all the ooh's, aahs, eeh's , :)

    Nice unique looking template.. so I can add adsense and ads, etc..

    nice graphic header

    I need this done asap..

    Install a template - free
    Install a plug-in - $2-$4/each
    SEO - can do Dir submissions, 400 directories are there of PR3+, $30

    I can do some design if you want, i don't have a portfolio but my blog in sig is designed by me.
    I can tweak WP but not sure i can code it valid html
