This is strange, but I have just altered the template with my blog and it doesnt want to work anymore in IE. The blog looks perfect in Firefox though. Does anyone have any clues ?
Not tested. #sidebar { background:#cdb url("http://www.blogblog.com/no897/corner_sidebar.gif") no-repeat left top; width:251px; float:left; padding:0; color:#356; } Code (markup): See http://www.positioniseverything.net/explorer/threepxtest.html for an explanation and a likely more relevant solution. cheers, gary
IE has alot of issues with CSS and displaying it properly whereas Firefox incorporated alot of CSS interpreting ability. w3.org has validators you can use to check your code.
That has been always the problem with newbies using a program to build website and sell them without to know a inch of code. They use to see them in this or that and not with other browser...
thanx KKST for the help. I ll get on it and see if I can make head or tail of it. And Cody ?....im not a newbie so dont worry. This isnt my website. Its just a blog which runs under the website tinnitus-online.com which is in my sig. Ive used "BLOGGERW for some time and I have changes templates once or twice in the last year. Nothing like this has happened yet so I thought I d ask around.
