    I have been working with a new design and now its finished. Please tell me what do you guys think of the logo :) I really worked hard on it.

    Also give your reviews on the content and design of the blog.

    I think the 43 part of the logo could be done better and placed more prominently. I do not like the color of the menu bar, especially considering the text is not aligned on the color boundary. Across the page, the use of color is good and draws the eye, but your yellow color #FFFFCC could be toned down a bit. Otherwise it looks nice.

    I don't know whether it is only me, but I confused the "E" with "S" in your logo. (May be I am blind :p ) . Also, as someone suggested, give that "43" a new look. Give it its own space, instead of hiding inside "H"
