Whats the best way to get links for your blog? I know of article submission but how do you get links off of an article submission...meaning, if I submit an article to ezinearticles.com then how does it get indexed back to my blog address? And are there any other highly effective ways to get a higher PR?
One of the best way to increase PR of your blog is to post keyword rich quality posts regularly. The idea would be to find a niche on which you can write on and there is not much competition. once you get good rankings there, your blog's popularity and traffic will start to rise as people knowing your blog would visit it regularly to read more n more. This really helps. I have personally gained top rankings for "PopRank" in flat 3 days time.
by sumbitting to blog directories do you mean "pinging" my blog? Can you submit written articles to article directories (such as ezinearticles.com) to increase pr? How do you get links?
You are allowed to put a few links back to your website in the bio box. If someone decides to use your content on their site, they would have to keep the bio box. Feel free to deeplink back to your site and make sure to target your keyword with the anchor.
sorry for my ignorance (i'm relatively new to this) but what do you mean by "deeplink"? And also, if I ping my blog is that submitting it to blog directories or is that accomplished via another method? And let me just say thanks for any advice I am given (and have been given thus far)...I truly appreciate it.
