Alright guys and gals bear with me here, I hope you guys are a little more sympathetic than those over at wicked fire. I'd like to begin affiliate marketing, my goal is to eventually hit 1,000 a month... I understand the importance of SEO and getting traffic to my site. However What i don't understand is what my site needs to actually be. Option 1 I create 3-5 articles a day and get them posted/indexed on the top article sites. I keep them keyword rich and backlink to my site at the end of the article...so far so good right? My site however is it more beneficial to have an actual site with MORE ARTICLES or a simple landing page like this one http://www.seo-writer.com/books/seo-book.html Option 2 Create a website/blog and update it regularly. build a large reputation and work from there? The main issue I suppose is I don't see many real world examples of affiliate marketing. So I am not to sure how to start things. If you have the time please enlighten me.
I like to combine the 2.. I do the articles for my blog, then submit others to article sites linking to my blog site..
where to you monetize then?...... once you have driven the traffic from your articles, to your blog. what is the visitor then presented with that allows you to earn income?
