Selling Blog in a Skin-Care Niche [Keyword has a Very LOW Competition!]

I am selling my blog about Matrixyl 3000 and products containing it.

It is a very good domain with a main keyword in it, it has a pretty nice theme of the blog. The blog for the keyword is in the 5th page at the moment.

The main keyword is very good. These are the exact stats:
Global monthly searches: 5,400
Local monthly searches: 2,900
Estimated avg. CPC: $2.17

The keyword has a very very low competition.
I have checked a few days ago and I saw that the website in the first position by this keyword has only 5 page backlinks, PR0.

I don't have enough time for this blog, so I want to sell it to someone, who is able to do some SEO on this blog, while no one have found this keyword. I think it's a gold mine for an autoblog!

I will also add a list of some high PR forums, where you can leave profile backlink.
