    Hey guys,
    I am selling a site which I have been keeping for very long and neglecting due to lack of time.

    Anyways, I have installed the latest version of the script which it uses (bloghoster)

    and have done some advertising and tested it and it works perfectly well. No bugs!

    The potential of the site is awesome. It already has 81 active members which are posting like crazy :)

    I bought this site a year and a half ago from sitepoint for 2k.

    It has:
    Licensed version of Bloghoster (costs 250$ only for the script)
    Awesome unique design made by a french company. This includes logos...headers..links...everything.
    Implemented forums
    implemented chat
    implemented classified ads platform
    50 premium templates
    I have paid to a programmer to make it possible for users to login to all of the implemented features using their blog user and passes.

    I have not monetized the site. Just few ads on the homepage.
    It has around 100-200 pageviews per day (not logging visits to the blogs, but they are pretty recent ...like 2-3 weeks old so traffic will be starting to pick up)
