Blog hosting as in Blogspot or Blogger. Basically, people sign up and they get a free blog as a subdomain.
Naveen, thanks for the suggestions. Out of those three, which would you say is best? Ideally I need user friendliness and a decent admin panel, although the first is more important than the second as the target audience aren't particularly technical Scarborough, I don't know to be honest, depends on the quality of the script: ease of use, design, that sort of thing
