    Wordpres MU is good choice for hosting multi user blogger, but you must have dedicated hosting or own your server.

    You can start with a normal shared or reseller account, but once you get going you would need a VPS. No point in having a VPS when you have only a free blogs when starting.

    Well I did ask lot of shared hosting providers, they hate wordpress mu and some pretends like "We love it you can do it with us" just to gain clients, when you start bleeding resources of server they get you off.
    about lifetype with all my respect but it's not professional solution with weak support and lot of non-free addons.
