As I've recommended countless times to a variety of folks, always always always write your own disclaimers or Terms of Service for yourself (or get professional help to do it for you). Disclaimers can be in 100% plain english. Just say what you're disclaiming... and if you want to be extra nice, say why (though that's not necessary). So, if you want to tell people that your site is just for information purposes and shouldn't be used as legal advice, just say it like that. Simple isn't a problem. But also remember that disclaimers don't necessarily absolve you of all liability. So if you're a lawyer, for example, and your blog disclaimer says that you're not providing legal advice... but then you actually DO provide what would normally be considered to be legal advice, your disclaimer might not help you if you're accused of an ethics violation.
Here is a really simple one which you can add to the footer of your blog.... You really should add to it, if there is something specific your worried about.
