Why is it that all of the blogs sold on Flippa and even DP all have that same blocky magazine layout? I mean I'll admit, it does look professional. But how come EVERYONE uses the exact same design (with simple image/color modification)? Does it somehow add value to the blog, is it the 2009-2010 style, or are designers just lazy? I have a lot of great ideas for blog design that look absolutely nothing like that. Do you think it would be worth the time perfecting them, or will nobody be interested?
