here's a simple list of (in my opinion) most important blog design tips:

1. Keep it Clear

2. Add a Big RSS Icon in the top of the blog

3. Add Menu in Header

4. White Background is a Must

5. Create a Unique Logo

6. Check Loading Time

7. Increase the Line Spacing to Improve Readability

8. Don’t Type More than 2 words in ALL CAPS

9. Forget Pop-Up Windows

10. Add favicon.ico
