Looks pretty good, why not put the home link next to the forum link?

check now, I switched host, had some htaccess trouble it should be fine now

 

I don't really like the graphic on the left.. looks a bit flat Also I think the site's name font could be a bit larger.

 

what do u think about http://www.flunkme.com/ mascot #2 on the welcome message? should I put that in the header?

 

Put "HOME" Underneath your logo on the "Flunk Me" top left. It would look nice and everyone would know where it is when their eyes get drawn to the title at entry. Nice site good luck!
