I want to make my blog attractive to the visitors pls provide tips how to make it so with template codes if possible.

you can get some of best ready made templates for free over the internet... try that...

 

I'm not familiar with blogspot template codes, but I'm sure many free templates exist on-line. Right off the bat, this blog doesn't appear attractive - it's a bunch of videos with little to no content. If you're attempting to attract long term visitors, you need more content. Videos won't cut it - that's what youtube is for... Add useful content, then worry about attractiveness as the site progresses.
