Does blog commenting works to get the traffic and enhance the page rank in the eyes of the google and other search engine,.....?
Suggest me some ways ?

 

Yes it does. Blog commenting and other off page optimization techniques help to generate traffic if you do it right and don't spam the blog. It helps to get backlinks too that can help you sites PR in all search engines especially Google.

Depends on the site you are blog commenting on. The traffic, pagerank, if it is dofollow and if they allow keywords. That can be helpful, but if it is high traffic and pagerank with nofollow you can still get a bump in traffic, built your reputation and gain followers if you don't screw it up.

 

and dont waste your time with nofolllow links a good tip is to download SearchStatus from quirk.biz/searchstatus/ once installed (You need firefox) right click the icon in the bottom right corner of firefox and tick the highlight Nofollow links then you can quickly see if a blog is using nofollow.

Almost all blogs use rel=nofollow. Linking in comments may help if people actually click the link, but it will contribute VERY LITTLE to SEO, especially since comments are full of links and it dilutes the quality anyways, even if it isnt nofollow.

Getting a link near the top 1/2 of the article is the only thing worthwhile.

Yes, it does work. I have a few sites that ranked well for "LOW competition" words. Just don't expect to rank for "how to lose weight" with blog comments. Heh.
