In my opinion it is best to research and gather your own blog list. Once you have a list keep it to yourself. The reason I suggest this is look at the sites that are posted in the threads. Within a couple days of being posted most are nofollow due to comment spam and some even turn comments off all together. I ask what is the sense posting a comment to these blogs to only result in the link being marked a nofollow within a day or two.
I think its always impossible to get a list on web. Coz the moment its done, people spam alot and webmaster have to shut it down. Do some research, keep it to yourself or share to a limited group.
