blog comments and ranking

Relevancy must be supreme while commenting on other's blogs. Dont just go by the pr of the blog. If you found it worthy, do comment because in long term it is bound to give benefit.

 

I did once give my honest opinion to one successful blogger in his comment post (and it was approved) and to my surprise, the comment post was #7 for the google keyword search which lead to my website link

 

Commenting on blogs of high pr ,preferably if belongs to your own subject, will have more importance, others will also do. But best is to have threads and replies in more number of good forums.

So if i have some blogpages, i should also comment on alot of other blogpages on that same blogsite?

It would be great! but be careful that most of the blog comments are nofollow.

 

Socialmonkee.com is nice, you can only add one link a day, but it indexes it in 25 sites for you. Also, adding social media buttons on your site helps when people want to share something you have posted. Also, don't forget to use google feedburner, I get tons of click through that. Delicious, stumbleupon, facebook, reddit, digg, reddit, tecnorari, etc. (definitely submit to stumpleupon, they provide a lot of traffic, but it's sporadic).

 

If you make daily number of backlinks on high pr blogs, and if they are approved and published it would definitely help in improving pr of your site or blog.

Find some High Page Rank Dofollow Blogs related to your website topic using Google query and leave comments there. These backlinks will going to count quality backlinks to your website.

Blog posting is good option however I think forum posting would be better
