Just continue creating quality back links. There is no exact number but good quality back links do help increase the rank in Google. Just search for it online and I am sure that you will find a lot of options that may help you.

 

for me most effective is forum posting, blog posting also good, but i got less results with that.

 

Both.. you should focus on blog commenting and forum postings. Also try to write articles and submit them to article directories, by doing this you'll get more backlinks.

 

Commenting on do follow blogs is quite good, but don't be depend on this single one. Also try others.
