    I think high PR Blogs will useful for commenting but do not use 0PR Blogs or which is nofollw.

    Yes, its like free backlinks with little effort. smart blooger may want more people visit his blog, then leave the backlink dofollow as you wish.

    If you post related and quality comments on a best blog it will definitely helps to generate traffic. But you have to chose thematic, quality blog and your comments should be quality, grammatical error less.
