    All packages are being upgraded from an additional 10% to an extra 20%, so large package will now be getting 1200 URLs instead of 1100, likewise for the other 2 packages.

    Are these blogs auto approved comments, and are the pages you commenting on have PR, or is it just the homepage of the blog itself that has the PR ?

    URLs are random, comments need to be moderated, therefore highly relevant comments are advised, otherwise approval rate will be lower.

    The blogs may have PR, they may not, it is all random. What you will know however is that the URLs will be highly relevant to your niches content. I try to concentrate on dofollow links first, then I run a scan for mixed dofollow/nofollow which is random.

    I dont think you should think of it in terms of gaining PR, but in the fact that the URLs are highly relevant to your niche content.
