SEOQuake for firefox is a good one that does this - it puts a linethrough nofollow links. not to mention has a ton of other seo related functions - highly recommended. http://seoquake.com
Why not just contributing something useful and related to the original blog posts you comment on? Most site admin would approve comments that don't appear to be spam. Get backlinks from auto approved comment's blogs that filled with spam wouldn't help your ranking much anyway.
+1 on that, provide real/fresh comments with true responses/ideas and you'll get the results you want - that goes for anything
There are some people on this and other forums which sell blog comment packages. I have bought one of them in the past and found links very useful.
Hello everyone. Do you backlink to your main page or to a specific relevant page on your site? Thanks
Most blogs use no-follow tags on comments but there is a rise of those which have switched to Do-Follow. Though, you will still get a backlink but it won't be all that great. You could also try checking into commenting on posts which have CommentLuv which displays your most recent post; this will help send traffic
Agree with you, is there any effect if we commented on a blog with different topic? For example I blog a movie content and make comment and a digital photo / computer contents, will google count that?
It can provide backlinks, but it depends on the popularity of the blog, and what you are trying to post. If you are spamming rubbish it will either not get through administration or it will get deleted shortly after. So if your posts are relevant and your link is relevant then you can get backlinks.
admin manually checks these comments. if you just comment without reading then most of them might just concider your comment as spam. i myself manually check comments. i wanna know if these commenters actually understand my post.

My blog is actually do-follow, but probably 99% of comments are not approved. SPAM comments are easily identified from non-SPAM comments. Getting comments approved is easy. All you have to do is: 1) Actually read the post. 2) Use your name as your name and not a keyword. 3) Write a real comment about the post, something that actually adds to the discussion...no one-liners. 4) Post regularly so that they get to know you. This technique is universal and takes time but can give back-links of much higher quality than forums. Some of the best back-link juice I have ever received has been from blog comments.
Commenting on blog with a valuable comment on a relevant blog is a quick way to gain a back link and it gains traffic a lot especially if you are using KeywordLuv which gives you a do follow blog to post comments on. By blog commenting, you are not leaving a link to your site but to connect with other blog commentors, readers and you’re sure to get some audience to your blog. You can get constant readership with blog communities, especially if you are consistent with interesting and exciting posts.
intersting although it might be difficut to find a blog which follows comments. Some blogs allow follows only after a person reaches a certaion reputation. Only things to watch out is that if the comments are no followed, they will not pass any link juice. So look for blogs that have do follow comments. Also if you are commenting , then make sure your comments add value to the conversation. don't just spam.
