I don't think anyone can be an expert in blog commenting, and there is no easy way either. You have to spend time in find blogs in the niche your site is in, and you have to read through the thoughts, then type in a thoughtful, informative comment. With blog commenting, you need to add value and give information. Its not just leaving any comment. Your comment needs to be relevant and comprehensible.

Hope that helps. Have a good day!

One more thing to take care of during blog commenting is never use your keyword in name field as this will lead you in trouble as Google treats this as spam.

    1. Add Value: Post a comment that adds to the quality of the discussion. Do NOT leave a lame comment like, “Nice post, I enjoyed it“.
    2. Stay On Topic: This one should be easy but a lot of bloggers fail at it. You should actually READ THE BLOG POST! Pretty simple right? You would think so.
    3. Interact And Engage: Interact with the other commenters. If you have a relevant comment, suggestion or answer for another comment already posted, hit the reply button by that blogger’s name and reply directly to the comment in question. This interaction will build online relationships and your blogging success.
    4. Be Respectful: If you find an error or disagree with the blog post author or another comment, please show some respect. Addressing the issue is fine but personal and/or professional attacks will not be tolerated on this blog and will ruin your reputation on blogs that let the comment stay.
    5. Don’t Suck-Up: You don’t always have to agree with everything and tell the blog post author how great he/she is. We know we’re great {joking} but you should always be honest. If you disagree or have a different opinion, then say so – just be respectful
    6. No Deceptive Tactics: When you list your blog/website URL on the comment form and ‘trick‘ our CommentLuv into displaying another blog URL you are using cheap deceptive blog tactics and risk getting banned. This is a common blog commenting tactic used by blog spammers selling SEO backlinks and blog traffic via blog commenting

I must agree with all the three replies above mine. What on earth should I make out of that desire to become an expert without having to sweat out in the topic you are in and that you want to become an expert in? Unless you are spending time on a blog post or are an expert in the subject matter you can't contribute to that post or discussion. First of all, one must understand why people start blogs if it is not for starting a genuine discussion online. Would they not have launched a website instead?

be aware that most blogs are protected by Akismet or something similar. If you get blacklisted it will be really hard to get back.

If you are going to do blog comment then first of all find some related blogs, for finding related blog, this tool would help you http://dropmylink.com/

After this, go to each blog and comment on them, look at other blog commentators and see how quality comment they are making, your quality should also be of that stander s that your comment would easily be approved.

Be a regular feature of different blogs and take part in the discussion there. Gradually your reputation would build and people would start respecting you over time. It would naturally make your opinion very trust and attention worthy, hence making you an expert in blog commenting.
