Blog commenting etiquette Name field and Keywords

So what do you guys think is the etiquette of blog commenting. For the body I personally think you should write something that is on topic and shows you didn't just visit to post your link. But then the name field and keywords is a bit of a gray area. To get full effect of anchor, using the keywords in the name field is the most effective. But then you end up looking like a spammer. I think a balance is to put maybe "Name at 1stKeyword 2ndKeyword" is a good tradeoff but might dilute your keyword usage. Thoughts?

Some blogs such as my own have a plugin called KeywordLuv which means that you can format your name like this. "Name@Keywords" and the keywords are the anchor text, but it doesn't look like spam.

On my blog I have Lucia's Linky Love enabled which makes it so that the comments become dofollow under a given set of circumstances, one of which is that the names cannot be over a certain length. I also manually go through and delete links out of comments if they are being used for obvious SEO.
