Buying Blog commenting - 50 cents per comment

I need additional blog commentors. Please kindly let me explain further.

1. I will give you a list of the inner pages of the blog that you have to comment on.
2. You have to register an account with them ( the blogs )
3. After registration, please go back to the inner pages and write 20 words relevant comment and add my link and anchor text at the bottom. Your comment will be auto approve and not subject to moderation.

Condition:
1. I will pay $0.50 per comment
2. You can't disctribute/sell the auto approve comment list. I have a few thousands of them.

Please let me know the following:
1. How many comments that you can handle on daily basis.
2. Your country timezone
