    I need your thoughts regarding this issue. If i comments to none relevant blogs,
    would this affect my site ranking?

    What if i comment to dofollow links blogs but still not relevant to my site topic.
    What is the effect to my site ranking..

    If ur backlinks are only from such sites then it will be bad.else no prb I think.

    I mean is, what if you comment to a blog not relevant to your sites. Is that good or bad?

    It wont affect your site ranking that's for sure. However that won't do any good either.
    Most of the comments are NoFollow and the traffic won't be targeted so...
