I think there are some automated blogging software online that you can use but I do not recommend using such. While blog commenting can be boring at times, your well-thought comments will get you better results than those left by an automated machine. Definitely avoid any commenting software unless you want to be flagged as a spammer and penalized. Using software like that would get your domain blacklisted. I suspect that Google checks the various domain spam lists.
I use blogsearch.google.com for commenting the blogs for a particular keyword.. This also works nicely.. Just try it out and give comments..
I been using those automate comment link building for some moment when i just touch SEO until i find out that it black hat SEO which not encourage. Quality and unique comment give more weight in SEO compare to spammy comment which done by automation. The best is not touch it at all while Google Panda and Penguin punish those automation backlink and might bring your site to google sandbox.

I'd try to avoid any automated software if I am dealing with google..........had some nasty experience
