Blog Classroom, a new course on blogging, has just launched.

I'm in no way affiliated with the people running the site although I have heard of them before. Anik Singal and Rosalind Gardner

Its an expensive course at around $500, but both Anik and Rosalind are very well respected and they had some good buzz around the free pre-course they were offering.

I wasn't personally interested in joining but I like watching these launches and the sales pages out of a professional interest.

But the price is really high at $500 and after studying the sales page I was left wondering what makes this course any better than the many other blogging courses out there.

I ended up going on a bit of a rant:

Blog Classroom Shocking Stats | Anik Singal & Rosalind Gardner as Blogging Mentors?

Has anyone joined - what do they think of it?

Is it just me or does the sales page suck?

Excuse me for your topic but,Jason it's your blog? Cuz I have a question of one of your posts:"Affiliate & Article Marketing Guide | Earn $100 a Day in 60 Days". Have you done the experiment?

Its a bit of a tangent but I don't mind answering the question. For those that don't know he's refering to this post here.

I have not done that exact process as I laid out in that post as it is a simple introductory strategy for newbies - I do a much more advanced technique that pulls in a variety of strategies and monetization techniques, it takes a bit longer to pull off but is much more sustainable and will earn more money and require less effort in the long run - but that is way way way too much for one blog post - even 100 blog posts couldn't cover it and its not something I'll share publicly.

The strategy in that post does work though - you just have really push out a lot of articles, target the right niches, and optimize your titles, and create 100 variations of every single article and submit to 100 places.

Someone new to the idea will probably make a lot of mistakes though - pick the wrong niche, not optimize their titles, promote the wrong product, not vary the articles enough, not include longtail keywords, use an auto submitter which fails to post the articles (don't use auto-submitters) - but thats not to say give up - look for reasons why it didn't do well and try again. Stick to it and MAKE IT WORK.

The article is by no means a complete guide - but it should point you in the right direction to get you making money if you take action, instead of thinking of easy ways to make money.
