    i just found blogcarnival.com. what is it, anyway? is joining blogcarnival against TOS? thanks.

    A Blog Carnival is a collection of links pointing to articles on a certain topic. It's a good idea for new bloggers because they get their site out to a wide audience. It shouldn't be against TOS because people click on the links based on a topic they want to find out more about.
