I just read your post.. and all the problems that you're facing right now is a normal thing.

Those day, I have the same problems like yours. Now, I'm getting better, and my adsense is on the track.

So, if you're interested with adsense, maybe I can help you. I'm not saying that I'm a good in adsense but at least, "I've been there... and done that...".

Me myself also was a stupid at first. I've don't have any knowledge about coding,html,computer program and all internet methods..... but I struggle for it...! In fact, I don't have any knowledge in IT course...believe it ot not...!

Actually, I'm zero in this making money online, but as I said, I'm struggle about 4 month to study ALONE...!!! (no books, no class.... nothing, just learn in the internet.)

Now, if you're really-really interested with adsense, just take out the free tips that I posted in my blog. All this tips is based on my own experience...!!!
That's why you can see "stupid" thing that I've done before... so that you also can learn not to repeat it again.

And for your information, I will produce my new posting of my "ADSENSE JOURNEY" . It will be start from the first day I learn about how to blogging untill I earn money from ADSENSE. It is also based on my experience.

I'll give my usual advice for bloggers trying to make money. Go read Darren Rowse's ProBlogger. It has a ton of good advice.

I've decided to keep 3-5 blogs, all with diffrent content, and update
them daily. I'm not going to share my blog Idea (since I don't know
if it's been done or not), but I think it's fireproof.

Blog's aren't rated very high in Google anymore, allthough they're making up for it through blogsearch.google.com. I think Google wants to differentiate between normal sites and blogs within their search results... That doesn't mean however that you can't get good traffic on it though. I guess it depends on how competitive your keywords are, since Google will still rank your blog if there's not much competition. I agree with hosting your own blog and not using the free services. That will give your site much more authority...

 

My bunch of blogs ctr ranges from about 3% to 15%.

95% of the traffic comes from google searches.

Well, anyways...(prepare yourselfs for noobie like questions). I use blogger as a main webpage (I know, I know, it sucks). I'm only using it to post my articles and then add to article sites. I have a feed set up, and have submited to many search engines for blogs and web pages (i.e. google/popdex etc.). I guess So far it's good.

My question...should I get a diffrent domain name??? Will people ignore my blog/site if the know it's a blog??

I'm planning to set up adsense on my page (haven't done it yet) and then the Amazon affilliate program. My blog is on my sig.

Get your own domain and use wordpress.

 

Yeah, but wordpress is so hard to use (compared to blogger) and you probably need to know html.

 

I've got some people with really basic computer skills using wordpress. The types of people who do not know what seo means or what rss feeds are.

You're better off learning how to use wordpress.

 

Now you're just being lazy. There's nothing hard about Wordpress. If you can't figure out the basics of Wordpress, this whole "Internet thing" isn't for you. It's quite possibly the easiest and simplest blogging software to use. Plus, it kicks ass.

 

yeah dont use blogger at least that u really dont even have $40 dollars to buy a nice domain and a good hosting just to start for a couple of months. for me blogger means spam.
