    Because this is the Arthemia wordpress theme, (a paid premium theme) Will the license for this particular paid theme accompany the site/files.
    or is it locked into this particular domain.

    The theme hasn't been paid for. It's the free download provided by Arthemia hence the back-link back to there website at the footer. I just edited the theme to make it suit the website better.
