    if your site get only one backlink from google homepage or another pr 10 site i think your site rank will be on first page google in high competion keyword.

    you have to do minimum 100 blogs backlinks per day but its not just spammy blogs and banned links, if you have a first page rank then you have to do quality blogs.

    First did good keyword analysis of your blog and than other off page activities after that you can get good results.

    20backlinks are enough but it is depend how much qualitied backlinks you have.

    well it not only depends on your niche.. competition.. it also depends on your content and the keywords you use .. many people keep on building backlinks but never use proper keywords as anchor text.. result.. zero, zilt..
    So i guess if you have moderate competition i would say a proper link building of 1000-2000 should land you on if not 1st then 2nd page,.
