blog as a website

    i would like to start a new website - and to optimize it for a year without using it.
    is it good to use a blog? i need a menu with categories inside it.

    And what will be if next year i want to change it to a better website?

    blog is so flexible... and what do u call a better website? seowize, management wise wordpress blog system is the best... I doubt u can build anything better for free.
