    Hey Markus,
    The idea behind your post is good. Off the top of my head one thing you'll want to consider for next time is to use more powerful headers. Ex: Never Stop could've been Perseverance. A good communicator could've been Communication. Phrasing them like that makes things feel more direct and urgent to your reader, which ultimately drives them to continue reading the post and comment or share.

    One thing you can do now though is update the capitalization of your headers.
    A good communicator should be A Good Communicator
    Willingness to learn = Willingness to Learn

    Notice how I did not capitalize the 'to' in Willingness to Learn. The rule I'm using is called title case formatting.

    Also does your post have a title? It isn't displayed in your excerpt. If it doesn't you should add one.

    Nice article, what i would say is that, if anyone want to start his or her own venture, just go through this 7 traits, answer all of them in yes or no and then start.
