    Make sure what ever you do, you come up with some origional content. There are tons of great sites already that rehash all the latest new feeds.

    It is both funny and annoying to find the same verbatium garbage on a dozen different sites.

    It might not be directly true, but I'm certain that google spiders these sites more quickly (and easily) then any other blog.

    Actually, from my personal experience, Wordpress blogs are spidered just as often (if not more) than Blogspot blogs

    The search engine that does love Blogspot blogs is MSN. If you don't believe me, do a search for free ringtones ;)
