Blog adsense help

hi am new to this
have a couple of doubst on adsense
1) can u tell tell if google will pay u the full profit from adsense or is it that it will be shared btween google and blogger?
2) Are there any other adsense providers? which can be included in blog?
if yes can u give the url to register?

i heard yahoo and amazon provide adsense but cudnt find any

 

I thought their TOS states that running adsense besides other contextual ads concurrently is a NO NO.
