    Might want to start by spelling "Proffesional" in your site title correctly..

    not bad, i will take out the Ads under the comment box. I used to have the same placement but CTR is 0..

    it took a 39 second for site to load...

    Underneath where it say 'Related Links' you have 2 seperate ad units. Nothing wrong with that, but it just strikes me as odd that you didn't chose a single rectangle instead. As for the 'Related Links' title itself - tread carefully - Google only allow you to label their ads as 'Sponsored Links' or 'Advertisements' so I don't know what they'd think of your variation.
