You say it is a bit over a year old but teh domain was registered in 2000? Am I reading that right? So it was just parked somewhere until you got it? I notice the registration due just went past, is it registered till 2011 or will the registration be due as soon as someone buys it?

You say the income is not much, but where does it come from? Perhaps others know just from what you wrote but I don't. You mention an affiliate code, so you have affiliates that sell like posting their sites to your directories? I am not sure how this works exactly. Thanks for your time, and I will not be insulted if you just ignore me and don't answer, I'm sure you have better things to do....but perhaps others are thinking these questions too.

Hi You have a nice site there, kept me for 30 minutes cruisin around I even clicked on a few things that interested me. So you got a good site there, keep it. monetize it and wait in two years you'll get every month the same as you will get for it outright now.

But keep it consider yourself a real estate investor but it is online real estate and you collect rent in proportion to how you care for it how good it looks, up keep, do a new paint job freshen the lawn, keep good tenants in it, and you will see increasing income. You got a start, a nice start. That free software deal was fabulous. I did not see you mentioning it here. Did you see how many comments there were about that software and at his forum there was over 2000 organic posts about that software, that is pretty good, i hope you added it to your keyword file.

You've done a nice job, keep building them but keep em. build sites for other people to make money keep that little gem for yourself.

And I would offer you about 30 dollars tops for it considering the domain name registry and it is a little scattered, google will not like all those different topics in the blog they are not defined enough I don't think.

As I remember this domain was parked at godaddy. it expires in 2010-10-01 (after 5 months) so till that date the owner should renew the domain.
Income is only from google adsense.
the directory was allowed for non registered members to add their sites for free, but now I have changed the permissions (must register, to add sites) just to avoid spams and bots.
Affiliate links are recently introduced in the site and I haven't monetized yet from them.
