    Would a blog containing pictures of "beautiful" women and allowing readers to give their opinions on them be against Google Adsense TOS?

    So long as the pictures don't contain nudity or partial nudity, that's fine.

    I think that's what he meant. The images would either have to be your own, or ones you have permission to use - if you've just taken them from other sites that could be a problem.

    i dont think if your webpage doesn't contain anything offensive or adult content, it should be against google's TOS. so, pics of women would be okay.
