Really depends on our niche. With a purchased domain website in the right niche, it's possible to get $30-$40 per day within a year.
try to exchange more site and get more vitors you can contact me for exchange alot site with alot niche
From what I know that seems about right. I think certain niches could make more per click and certain layouts could increase CTR - but you are in the ball park.
5-7$ a day is great. Keep up the new content and you'll be seeing 10-20 in no time. You just have to keep working at it and don't let up.
you definitely deserve some congratulations on making it one year! Many people would give up after one year. Do some more advertising and you will see a big increase in your income
How are you only earning $5-7 with over 1,000 UNIQUE visitors per day?? That's really good that you've got a huge fanbase though. Just follow these tips by other users
thank you to everyone who has given their constructive criticism. i will try my best to address some of the questions. About 30-45 min. a day to research information and come up with a well-written post (roughly a 150 words). I definitely need to improve on my backlinking and social media strategies, so that will be something i look at i don't quite understand Yeah, one thing I'm hoping to improve on his more targeted ads. I suppose this can be improved by optimizing for keywords better. And I am in the process of doing research for other potential blogs (to build my portfolio and increase earnings). The only issue I have is that it has to be a niche that interests me. I don't want to be driven solely by earnings. Hence the fact that my blog has been going on for 1 year already and I still enjoy running it. I just genuinely like the niche with or without the earnings. Maybe I'll share the URL in the future when I feel the time is ready = ) I agree. I try to aim for at least a blog post per day, but sometimes I just run out of ideas to write about and so I get stuck with only 4 posts/ week. But Google absolutely loves fresh content, so it's very important to update often. I need to work on this. Yes. I engage in social media, social bookmarking, post on forums that are related to my niche, and optimize for certain keywords I want to rank in. I should really do more backlinking though. Thanks. As I said, I really enjoy my niche, so with or without the earnings, I'm gonna keep going with my site. Is 5-7$ too little for the amount of unique visitors I'm receiving? I've heard it's about the right amount. I have a pretty high bounce rate though, so that may also play a role in my low earnings. Any other input would be greatly appreciated!
Well, from $5-7, I would hope to reach the $10 daily mark by the 2nd year. Obviously, an increase in traffic would also be ideal.
Are there any affiliate programs in your niche that you could promote, from my experience if your are targeting a specific niche and receiving targeted traffic these will pay much better than adsense. You could make a weeks adsense income by just converting one visitor (depending on what you are able to promote - if anything). But like you said if you enjoy writing the blog then the money is just a bonus.
5-7 bucks for a high bounce rate site with only 1K visitors is actually really good IMO. Could you share your CTR rate with us? Thanks!
you can get at least $100 per day in a cCTR of 10% with your 1000+ visitors! My site has 400 visitors and has a CTR of 16-20%. Dont make your ADS look like ads.
if you are still blogging after one year then I give you an A++ most people quit , but continue on the older and the more pages you have indexed , logged and so on the more you will make , theoretically
