    One thing I usually do every now and then is checking the ads on my site. (not clicking directly at them ofcourse)
    And then I see if the site has tons of ads and is very crappy, I add it to my Competitive Ad Filter.

    adsblacklist.com is great reasource for finding mfa sites. i suggest to look there block mfa sites
