Is there a way in Facebook to block certain people commenting on your posts but yet at same time theyre still able to view your posts?

Well you can set your post comments to approved (the default is allow all) and that way they can't comment on your posts without you approving their comments. But to single out a specific user or visitor is a little more challenging.

That means you'll see every comment for yourself first before it goes live to public? That would work. Can you explain the steps on how to do that? Where is this allow all/approved section? I dont see it..

You can't stop a few people from commenting on your post. It was possible in the past. You can exclude them from seeing the post.

AAARRRRGGGGG!!!!!! Facebook has removed that option!!!! So now you have to block individual users. The way it works now is you have to go to Settings (from the top of your FB page) click on the down arrow and select "settings / Timeline and Tagging (from the column on the left) / then edit "Who Can Add Things To My Timeline

Hope this helps.... ugh..... Facebook can be annoying at times....

Moderation of your own feed, your pages and your groups is piss poor and I'm astounded by facebooks 1 finger salute to their users. This WILL be a key issue that drives people from facebook to the next big thing when it emerges. The average user may not know it, but the big content providers will move and the users will follow them.

You make an excellent point. You can't "abuse" your users indefinitely and expect everything to remain "honky dory" so-to-speak. Thanks for your post.

That 'Who Can Add Things To My Timeline' section only allows me to change the options to either ''Friends'' or ''Only Me''. That means I can either only exclude everyone in my friends list from commenting or include everyone, right? In other words it's limited because it doesn't have an option where it allows you to do a "Friends Except..'' I remember about 5 years ago there were more possibilities where it would allow you to enter in certain names on except lists. I guess they got rid of that too. Looks like Sarah u are onto something there with the next big thing, lets hope its not as lame as FB has become!

Yeah, it's very very frustrating. Facebook is becoming less user friendly... :(
