Blocking all IP is allowing only local ISP via .htaccess = ban?

    Is it against TOS to block all foreign IP is and allow only local ISP IP range to view your site via .htaccess ?

    i think it's not against the tos.

    but this will decrease your visitors .

    I don't think that is against adsense TOS! its better to ask google adsense support!
