Blocking Alibaba's IPs

    Log on to the Alibaba Cloud CDN console. Go to the Domain Names Page, then go to the domain name and click Manage. On the left side navigation pane of the specified domain name click Access Control. In the right side admin name mangement system click IP blacklist or whitelist.
