blockedReferrer?

    Every day I get more and more "blockedReferrer" showing in my logs.

    they show stuff like:

    blockedReferrer
    Not Your Business!

    Can I block these blockedReferrer, somehow either with htaccess or php?

    Yes you can. You can script so that if referrer is blocked you can block them. It's most likely not a good idea though.
