Block user help required

I'm trying to block someone on twiiter. the help page says click on their full profile, then click on the litttle person icon and it brings down a drop menu then you select block user.When I go into someones full profile and click the little person icon it doesnt bring up a drop down menu, I've tried it on people who follow me, who dont follow me and it still doesnt work.What am I doing wrong, thanks for any help thats forthcoming.GF

 

You just have to click the "Block user" link:

 

As I said when I click on the persons icon on their full profile page it doesnt bring down the drop list ??

 

Try it in another web browser then. Which one are you using right now?

 

The latest version of Internet Explorer which works fine for me, not tecno enough to downloand other browsers.

What do you mean by not tehno enough to download other browsers? I'd suggest you download the Firefox though. Internet Explorer is baaaaaaad. Slow and also the Firefox has all the plugins add ons which is crucial for all the internet related works.
