    i have affiliate publisher network in my site , my publishers using some traffic sites for getting visitors to their URL .. but its against google TOS , so how can i understand page vew from traffic sites, and how can i block this.

    I don't think it's against google TOS. Only contextual ads are against the TOS. Static payed links are fine (not fine with google the search-engine, but that's another story)

    i mean mycompany.com/publisher_link.htm
    then publisher will put this link at traffic site , getting visitors from traffic site is against google TOS.
