Block SE From Spidering A Portion Of Text?

    Is there a tag I can use that will stop a search engine from spidering a piece of page eg,

    <don't spider>text</don't spider>

    Or something to that affect?

    You see I have a shoutbox at the top of my forum but want to hide it from search engines as a lot of shouts are just crappy shit chat.
