Block or Redirect IP addresses

    I've just got a spam message from a certain IP address (89.110.63.39)

    I searched in http://www.ip2location.com/free.asp and found that it's coming from Moscow (Russia).

    Let's imagine that I block this IP address in my .htaccess file, so they will not be able to see my pages. Can this affect to other users trying to access my site from Moscow?

    Is it possible to redirect to another URL to inform them that they are banned?
