Anyone ever asked Google to prohibit their url from being used in AdWords?

They can do it - I'm just wondering if they would if asked.

URL being used in AdWords? I could not understand what you mean. Can you rephrase your question?

Meaning ads created with your destination url would get denied.

But that's so easy to get around with a PHP redirect script that the restriction wouldn't be very effective at all.
